who will take full ownership of our
FMCG category
end-to-end, drive sustainable commercial growth, build strong brand partnerships, and elevate the category through insight-led strategic decisions.
💼What You’ll Do

Define and execute long-term growth and profitability strategies for the FMCG category

Establish and develop strategic partnerships with national and global brands

Manage category performance end-to-end (revenue, margin, stock, conversion, etc.)

Lead and align sales and commercial teams to achieve category targets
-
Develop and implement campaign, promotion, and pricing strategies
-
Analyze customer needs, consumption habits, and market trends to drive actionable insights
-
Optimize supply chain, inventory management, and product availability
-
Identify growth opportunities within the platform and develop new business models
✅Who You Are
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry
-
E-commerce experience is a strong plus
-
Strong relationships with major brands and suppliers

Strategic mindset with a strong focus on commercial growth

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and performance management

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments with a results-oriented mindset

Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and openness to digital transformation
