Role Overview

We are a growing apparel Retail Brand expanding nationwide and are looking for a Category Distribution / Planning Executive to support stock distribution, replenishment, and data-driven decision-making across our retail network.

This role is suited for professionals who can analyze inventory and distribution data to optimize stock allocation, and ensure product availability across stores while supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Distribution & Replenishment Analysis

• Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to generate actionable reports and insights
• Evaluate historical trends to forecast demand and replenishment requirements
• Support product planning and allocation decisions through data analysis
• Monitor category performance and recommend actions to improve stock productivity

Distribution & Replenishment across Retails Outlets

• Plan and coordinate stock distribution across retail outlets
• Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations
• Coordinate with warehouses and retail teams to ensure efficient product flow

Inventory Management & Movement

• Track inventory movement and stock availability across locations
• Support inventory control and stock balancing activities
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure alignment between demand, inventory, and distribution plans

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–5 years' experience in Stock Distribution, replenishment, inventory management, or retail operations
• Strong Management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Advances Excel
• Effective coordination, planning, and communication abilities
