In this role, you will launch, build and oversee the performance and optimization of Snoonu’s new services, ensuring growth, vendor onboarding, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to drive efficiency, enhance service quality, and implement strategies that align with our brand standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in vendor management, operations management, performance analytics, and customer-centric service delivery, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the new verticals operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve operational challenges.

Identify opportunities to streamline service operations, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.

Utilize analytics and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and implement data-backed strategies to enhance service delivery.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to elevate the overall customer experience.

Collaborate with teams to develop training programs that enhance staff skills, improve service standards, and ensure consistent performance across all touchpoints.

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in the services market, introducing innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare regular performance reports, present insights to senior management, and communicate actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in vendor management and onboarding, performance analysis, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality, or service industry.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and improving operational efficiency.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Excel; experience with performance management software is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Arabic will be an advantage).
