Category Head - Furniture

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Category Head – Furniture to lead category strategy, product selection, pricing, and vendor management. The role focuses on driving sales growth, margins, and customer satisfaction across the furniture category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle
• Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performance management
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and design teams
• Monitor inventory levels and improve stock turns

Requirements:

• 3–10+ years of experience in furniture category management or merchandising
• Strong knowledge of furniture products, suppliers, and market trends
• Proven negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
• Experience with retail, e-commerce, or omni-channel businesses preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
