What You'll Be Doing
- Providing strategic sourcing and contract management support across North America for assigned category.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements to ensure optimal value and compliance
- Identify and drive process improvements in procurement and supplier performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and negotiate supply and service agreements that meet operational needs for price, quality, service, and availability.
- Support procurement systems and tools, including SAP and Ariba, to enhance efficiency
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract management within manufacturing, production, or construction environments.
- Professional accreditation in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and sourcing best practices
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in SAP (ECC 6.0 MM module), Microsoft Office applications, and Ariba platforms
- Commitment to ethical sourcing and continuous improvement
Work Environment
This role is based in our Irving, TX office and may require occasional travel. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across North America.
