Education:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in all sections of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and distribution.
Job Description:-
- Monitor distribution network of stock in all regions (South, Central & North) along with logistics Operations.
- Keep eyes on Aging Stock and report to management timely.
- Consolidate Cut sizes in shop level and make Internal transfer.
- Set Inventory level with NSM of stores assortment wise, and MOQ of Category with production team.
- Successfully led the FG Warehouse in effectively managing the inventory of finished goods, being accountable for the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform a comprehensive physical audit to identify and rectify any system errors discovered during the audit process.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations and seamless integration of the supply chain.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
