To assist in achieving the department sales, margin, other income and total commercial margin in order to support the company in achieving

the sales and bottom line targets.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Key Accountabilities

• Assist the Category Manager in executing category strategies and plans to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability
  
  

targets.

• Collect and analyze sales, margin, and market data to ensure informed decision-making and accurate category performance
  
  

tracking.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of promotions, product launches, and pricing
  
  

updates.

• Support the preparation of category performance reports and presentations to ensure management visibility and effective business
  
  

reviews.

• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and assortment details to ensure data accuracy across systems and marketing
  
  

materials.

• Follow up on supplier agreements, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Assist in identifying assortment gaps and new product opportunities to ensure continuous improvement of category offerings.
• Coordinate the execution of planograms, promotional displays, and merchandising activities to ensure alignment with the
  
  

commercial strategy and in-store excellence
