Roles and responsibilities:

As a Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, devising and implementing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage exciting projects aimed at propelling the growth of your assigned category. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team to revolutionize the way people experience wellness at home.

Growth Strategies: Identify and explore levers to drive overall growth for the Beauty vertical. Your insights and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and enriching our customer experiences.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, from marketing and operations to technology and customer support. Your ability to work collaboratively will be key to our continued success.

Required Job Skills and knowledge:

● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality. Knowledge of SǪL and prior experience in business analytics is mandatory.

● 1-4 years of work experience preferably in start-ups.

● Willingness to hustle, and go above and beyond to get things done.

● Ability to engage and manage a large base of blue-collared work force.
