Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Category Manager to own and grow product categories across online and e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and performance optimization for wellbeing, home, massage, air purifiers, and lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end category management across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms

Define category strategy, product assortment, pricing, and margin targets

Drive sales growth, conversion, and profitability across assigned categories

Manage product listings, content quality, SEO, and platform compliance

Plan and execute promotions, bundles, and campaigns with platform partners

Analyze performance metrics (GMV, conversion, traffic, margin, stock turns)

Coordinate with supply chain to ensure availability, forecasting, and inventory optimization

Work closely with marketing teams on visibility, media spend, and campaign execution

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

Identify new product opportunities and expansion opportunities within the category
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

4–7 years of experience in e-commerce or online category management

Strong experience managing categories on online platforms and marketplaces

Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, pricing strategies, and promotions

Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills

Experience working with consumer products, especially wellbeing or home categories
