Category Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Category Manager to own and grow product categories across online and e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and performance optimization for wellbeing, home, massage, air purifiers, and lifestyle products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end category management across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
  • Define category strategy, product assortment, pricing, and margin targets
  • Drive sales growth, conversion, and profitability across assigned categories
  • Manage product listings, content quality, SEO, and platform compliance
  • Plan and execute promotions, bundles, and campaigns with platform partners
  • Analyze performance metrics (GMV, conversion, traffic, margin, stock turns)
  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure availability, forecasting, and inventory optimization
  • Work closely with marketing teams on visibility, media spend, and campaign execution
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Identify new product opportunities and expansion opportunities within the category


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce or online category management
  • Strong experience managing categories on online platforms and marketplaces
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, pricing strategies, and promotions
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills
  • Experience working with consumer products, especially wellbeing or home categories
