💼What You’ll Do

Develop and implement a comprehensive and sustainable category management strategy for DIY (Home Improvement, Hardware, and DIY products)

Regularly analyze category performance, identify growth opportunities, and take action to achieve company targets

Manage relationships with key sellers and brands; drive new partnerships and supplier acquisition

Monitor sales performance and develop campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create and manage category-specific campaigns

Identify co-branding and collaboration opportunities with business partners

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to create strategic action plans

Optimize category growth according to e-commerce dynamics
✅Who You Are

Minimum 7 years of category management or sales experience, preferably in DIY / Home Improvement / Hardware

Experience with e-commerce platforms

Strong skills in supplier and brand relationship management
-
Knowledge of customer behavior and market dynamics; analytical and data-driven

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities

Proactive, solution-oriented, and strong communication skills

Good command of written and spoken English
