As Category Manager for the GCC region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing category strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands and industry segments. You will be responsible for driving category growth, optimizing product portfolios, and defending margins through data-driven decision-making, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy to support commercial goals, sales targets, and portfolio priorities.

Analyze market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen positioning.

Collaborate with sales, product management, and leadership teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies for key segments and innovations.

Drive brand awareness and differentiation through integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, and high-quality marketing content aligned with global guidelines.

Lead retail marketing, rebranding projects, distributor training, and regional events to ensure strong market execution and customer engagement.

Manage annual marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and operational processes to ensure efficient and impactful delivery across the GCC.
- Bachelor or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in category, product, or brand management, ideally in B2B/B2C environments.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving category growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools.

Experience in GCC markets and multi-brand environments is highly desirable.
