We are urgently hiring Category Manager-Sales for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales performance and profitability of assigned product categories.
- Develop and execute category-wise sales plans aligned with production capacity.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for demand forecasting and planning.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and sales contracts to ensure margin protection.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and slow-moving items.
- Support new product introductions and category optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and approval processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing-based sales or category management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing sales operations
- Category & portfolio management skills
Salary: Up to 100k
Location: Lahore.
