We are urgently hiring Category Manager-Sales for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales performance and profitability of assigned product categories.
  • Develop and execute category-wise sales plans aligned with production capacity.
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for demand forecasting and planning.
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and sales contracts to ensure margin protection.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and slow-moving items.
  • Support new product introductions and category optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and approval processes.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing-based sales or category management
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing sales operations
  • Category & portfolio management skills

Salary: Up to 100k

Location: Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
