Key Accountabilities

  • Define clear product positioning and pricing strategies to differentiate offerings in the market and maximize profitability.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for the category, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring continuous professional development to enhance team performance.
  • Setting clear objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to team members to drive individual and collective success

Academic and professional qualifications :

  • BSc/BA in business administration or any relevant field
  • 7- 10 years of experience

Experience:

  • Proven working experience as a category marketing manager or any relevant role
  • FMCG Background is a MUST
