What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To lead all strategic and operational procurement activities for ETİ’s raw material category across all locations, together with the reporting team; to define sourcing strategies and commercial terms; and to ensure that all required materials and services are procured at the right quality, quantity, and time in alignment with company procedures and organizational goals.

What We Expect from You?

• To set the targets for the procurement processes under your responsibility in line with the company and Procurement Department goals.
• To lead the raw material procurement strategy and its execution across all production facilities.
• To contribute to defining short-, mid-, and long-term procurement development strategies in line with the company’s overall goals.
• To ensure the development and implementation of action plans needed to achieve category targets.
• To lead improvement and development initiatives within the procurement processes of assigned categories.
• To ensure the effective application of ETİ’s TPM practices within procurement activities.
• To monitor national and international supply markets, maintaining continuous communication with data and material sources.
• To use strong analytical thinking and evaluate costs effectively in procurement decisions.
• To communicate clearly and negotiate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
• To manage and develop the team, strengthening their capabilities and ensuring a high-performing and continuously improving procurement function.

Why You?

• If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, Preferably with a master's degree,
• If you have at least 7 years of experience in procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role,
• If you have experience in the FMCG sector, extensive knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and supplier negotiations,
• If you are proficient in ERP platforms (preferably SAP) and the MS Office,
• If you have no travel restrictions and are willing to travel as needed,
• If you have an excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
