Category Sales Manager
Location: Lahore

Job Description

The Category Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales performance, developing category-specific sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. The role requires strong distributor management skills, strategic thinking, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales growth across assigned product categories
  • Develop and implement category-based sales strategies
  • Manage distributors, dealers, and key B2B accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and sales performance
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Experience Required

  • 3 to 4 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong experience in key account and distributor management
  • Prior exposure to Lubricants, Paints, or Automotive industry preferred

Education

  • Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
