Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Sales Specialist with expertise in Tele-sales, B2B, and B2C client management. This role goes beyond traditional Tele-sales, requiring the ability to close deals over the phone as well as conduct in-person client meetings to build long-term relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with strong negotiation skills, a proven track record in outbound sales, and the ability to manage both indoor and outdoor sales activities.


Job Duties:


  • Conduct Tele-sales to engage potential and existing B2B and B2C clients, presenting solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage outbound sales campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and deal closures.
  • Meet clients in-person for B2B business meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline for leads, prospects, and active customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support category growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts.
  • Provide feedback on customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with business partners and clients.
