We are currently hiring a Catering Chef to join our team in Al Ahsa.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook large quantities of food for events and catering services.
• Plan and execute menus suitable for weddings, parties, and large gatherings.
• Present and decorate dishes in an appealing and professional way.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency across all events.
• Coordinate with the catering team to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in catering and event-based cooking (MUST).
• Experience in handling large-scale food preparation.
• Strong skills in food presentation and plating.
• Experience in event setup and banquet organization.
• Skilled in Arabic cuisine and desserts (not limited to one specialty).
• Not limited to a single specialization (e.g., not only pastry or only hot kitchen).
• Ability to work under pressure during large events.
• Team player with good communication skills.
