We are recruiting a resilient Spanish Chef for a remote project site in Abu Dhabi. Your mission: drive staff morale and health by delivering high-quality, authentic Mediterranean meals in a challenging environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Menu Engineering: Design authentic Spanish menus (stews, roasts, paellas) for a hardworking team.
- Remote Logistics: Manage supply chains, inventory, and waste in an isolated location.
- Compliance: Maintain strict Abu Dhabi EFST and HACCP hygiene standards.
- Leadership: Supervise and train a multi-national kitchen crew.
What We’re Looking For
- Language: Native or fluent Spanish speaker is mandatory (to communicate with management and ensure culinary authenticity).
- Expertise: Mastery of Spanish cuisine is mandatory.
- Experience: 3–5 years in remote camps (Oil & Gas, Construction, or Mining).
- Logistics: Proven ability to manage food storage in extreme desert temperatures.
- Adaptability: A "problem-solver" mindset with high cultural sensitivity.
