Catering Cook - Biryani & Basic Arabic Dishes

• Prepare different types of biryani (chicken, mutton, vegetable, etc.)
• Cook basic Arabic food
• Assist in menu preparation and daily food production
• Ensure food portions, presentation, and taste are consistent
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Cook
• Strong skills in preparing biryani and Arabic cuisine
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills

Benefits:

• Salary Range: QAR 2,500 - 3,000 monthly

• 1 duty meal per day
