Catering Deputy Director - Kayseri

At ISS Türkiye, we are shaping the future of facility management by prioritizing people, purpose, and partnerships. We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Catering Deputy Director to lead our catering operations in the Kayseri region.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or a related field,
  • Minimum 7 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior operational leadership roles,
  • Proven experience in managing integrated facility services (soft and hard FM, catering, cleaning, security, etc.),
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management and cost optimization,
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills,
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office programs,
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel,
  • Must currently reside in Kayseri or willing to relocate,
  • Preferably with hands-on experience in managing catering operations within the Kayseri region, demonstrating strong understanding of regional service dynamics,


Job Description:


The Catering Deputy Director will be responsible for overseeing all catering and operational activities in the Kayseri region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires strategic leadership, team empowerment, and continuous service improvement in line with ISS Türkiye’s operational standards and values.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize all catering and related service operations in the Kayseri region
  • Lead the financial performance of catering operations (P&L), ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction with catering services and timely resolution of issues
  • Ensure exceptional catering service quality and compliance across all sites in alignment with ISS standards
  • Lead, develop, and motivate local catering management teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, HSE, Procurement, and culinary teams to support catering operations
  • Identify and pursue new catering business opportunities and strategies for operational growth
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and internal company policies
