Key Responsibilities (Event Server / Bartender):

• Provide excellent guest service at catered events
• Set up and break down event spaces, dining areas, and bar stations
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, timely manner
• Bartend when assigned (prepare and serve alcoholic beverages)
• Assist with event execution alongside event captains and team members

Job Requirements:

• Bartending experience REQUIRED (this is not a server-only role)
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation (events across Houston and surrounding areas)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus)

Compensation & Schedule:

• $15/hour + guaranteed tips (earn $20+/hour total)
• Part-time, flexible scheduling
• Typical shifts: 8–10 hours per event

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in restaurant, catering, banquet, or event service
• Experience in bartending, barback, or beverage service
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
