Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Catering Manager - مدير خدمات تموين الأطعمة. The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of daily catering operations, including planning menus, supervising food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, managing customer service, and coordinating distribution logistics. The role requires ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, and overseeing inventory and vendor relationships to optimize business operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Service, Catering, and Cooking, with a strong focus on quality and presentation
• Proficient in Customer Service and the ability to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience in managing Food & Beverage services, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the catering or food service industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; English language skills
