Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage catering operations for events of all sizes.
• Lead and supervise catering staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Drive innovation in menus and presentation to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
