Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager with a strong background in fast food or quick service restaurants to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing catering operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction for corporate and private events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage catering operations from order booking to event execution
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Manage catering budgets, costing, and vendor coordination
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with Qatar regulations
• Handle client inquiries, customize menus, and build strong customer relationships
• Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance
• Ensure all events are executed to brand and service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Catering Manager or Supervisor
• Strong experience in fast food or quick service restaurant operations
• Knowledge of catering logistics, bulk food preparation, and large-scale service
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
• Familiar with food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations in Qatar
• Preference for candidates currently in Qatar with transferable NOC
