Catering Manager - Banqueting

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Catering Manager – Banqueting to oversee and manage catering and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. A valid driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day catering and banqueting operations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events and functions
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
• Supervise catering staff and ensure service standards are met
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory
• Conduct site visits and oversee off-site catering events

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or Banqueting Manager
• Strong knowledge of catering and banquet operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
