Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily catering operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and logistics teams.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute events, including menu planning, staffing, décor coordination, and setup.
- Supervise catering staff to maintain high service standards and presentation.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations.
- Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability of catering events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue partners.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and client feedback.
- Train and mentor catering staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new catering clients.
