As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Catering Sales Associate to join our team. If you’re passionate about sales, storytelling, and building lasting client relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Canva, and tools like ChatGPT
  • Confident with phone cadence, follow-ups, and video calls
  • Creative mindset with a passion for food & events (a plus)
  • Resilient and ambitious, with no fear of rejection and drive to succeed
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and adaptability skills
  • Reliable transportation & professional, polished appearance

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships
  • Present and sell catering experiences, not just menus
  • Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conduct phone/virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to deliver seamless events
  • Generate creative ideas to attract and grow client accounts
  • Work directly with the CEO and Director of Sales to shape strategy
  • Represent Cafe Natalie Catering with professionalism, energy, and passion
  • Expect to work a few events during the training period to understand our business
