Catering Specialist

Role

Looking for an Arab Female candidate who will perform the role of a Catering Specialist and will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of our catering services while ensuring seamless execution of catering operations. This role combines promotional activities with operational coordination to deliver exceptional customer experiences across catered events and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote catering services and tailor-made packages, highlighting the brand experience and unique selling points of our F&B concepts.

· Conduct demos, tastings, and sampling campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.

· Manage online and offline visibility of catering offerings across digital platforms, marketplace listings, events, and community gatherings.

· Support and participate in marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer reach.

· Coordinate catering orders, deliveries, and event logistics to ensure flawless execution.

· Oversee food presentation, service standards, and customer satisfaction during events.

· Serve as the primary liaison between clients, catering staff, and internal operations teams.

· Supervise on-ground promotional and catering activities to ensure consistency and quality.

· Report sales, customer engagement, and event feedback.

· Provide regular insights to operations teams for continuous improvement in service and quality.

· Ensure all catering assignments are executed on time and in line with agreed standards.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

· 2–4 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or promotional roles.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.

· Ability to multitask between promotions and catering service execution.

· Knowledge of Italian and fast-food cuisine is an advantage.

Driving License is necessary.
