Catering Supervisor

Position Overview

The Catering Supervisor with a camp catering background is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations within a camp environment. This role ensures the efficient preparation, delivery, and service of meals while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Catering Supervisor manages a team of kitchen and service staff, coordinates with camp management, and ensures compliance with dietary requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a camp or remote site environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by camp operations.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
