Responsibilities


To supervise and manage all catering operations at the construction site, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service in line with company policies and site requirements.

  • Oversee daily catering operations, including meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards according to company and local regulations.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to maintain high standards.
  • Manage catering staff schedules, duties, and performance.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of food materials and kitchen inventory.
  • Handle employee complaints and feedback regarding meals and catering services.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and dining areas.
  • Prepare reports on daily operations, stock usage, and staff performance.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Catering Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering supervision, preferably in construction or large-scale operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
