Head Waiter

• Head Waiter oversees and manages all dining operations within the private palace
• Dining Supervision: Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring timely, high-standard service.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide staff to maintain etiquette and teamwork, assign tasks, and monitor performance of waiters and junior staff.
• Service Excellence: Ensure all table setups, and service follow the residence’s standards (formal, informal, buffet, or family style).
• Kitchen Coordination: Liaise with chefs for smooth timing, presentation, and communication.
• Guest Service: Serve principals and guests discreetly, anticipating needs and ensuring comfort.
• Maintenance: Keep dining areas, side stations, and pantries clean, organized, and ready.
• Inventory: Manage stock and care of tableware, linens, and service tools.
• Event Support: Coordinate and assist with special events and formal occasions.
• Health & Safety: Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
