Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Restaurant: GO Crispy
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:
The Shift Supervisor at GO Crispy ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-food outlets during assigned shifts. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, this role supervises daily activities, supports team performance, and enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift & Team Management

  • Lead and supervise the restaurant team during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor service flow, manage queues, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and hygiene practices.
  • Guide and coach team members, providing support and feedback as needed.
  • Maintain professional staff conduct and adherence to uniform standards.

Customer Service & Operations

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and address guest inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure accurate order taking and timely service.
  • Uphold food quality and presentation standards.
  • Conduct routine checks for cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
  • Address operational challenges, customer concerns, and staff issues during shifts.
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

Inventory & Cash Management

  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate timely food preparation and delivery with kitchen staff.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Adhere to proper cash handling procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the fast food service industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and make prompt decisions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
