Our holding group of companies is expanding its hospitality division and is looking for a professional Catering Supervisor - Female Arabic speaker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise catering events from start to finish.
- Lead, train, and coordinate catering staff to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction during events.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of menu items.
- Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of catering events.
- Manage inventory, requisitions, and control of catering supplies and equipment.
- Prepare staffing schedules and assign duties according to event requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Handle client requests, concerns, and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing, and reporting for each catering event.
- Support cost control by minimizing waste and monitoring usage of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections of catering areas to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Foster teamwork and motivate staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Female candidate – fluent in Arabic (spoken & written).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in catering operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff effectively and handle multiple events simultaneously.
