- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial or outdoor catering.
- Supervise daily catering operations at site/location.
- Ensure timely preparation, packing, and delivery of meals.
- Monitor food quality, taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, store, and transport teams.
- Supervise cooks, helpers, cleaners, and service staff.
- Report misconduct or performance issues to management
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks.
- Monitor staff attendance and discipline.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP).
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
- Conduct routine cleanliness inspections.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO method).
- Monitor daily consumption of raw materials.
- Report shortages or damages immediately.
- Coordinate with storekeeper for stock availability.
- Reduce wastage and control food cost.
- Maintain good relationship with client representatives.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Attend client meetings when required.
- Maintain daily production and attendance reports.
- Record incidents, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports to Operations Manager.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of South & North dish cuisine.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting).
- Knowledge of Qatar food safety regulations
- Report accidents or hazards immediately.
- Ensure staff use proper PPE.
- NOC/Transferable visa
