We are a fast-growing meal prep and catering business, and we are looking for a Growth & Sales Lead who can take control of our sales engine and push it to the next level.
If you are someone who treats sales like a game of numbers, strategy, and execution, this role gives you the platform to build, test, and scale.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across meal prep subscriptions and catering services
- Lead and train a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed aggressive KPIs
- Build and execute high-converting offers and promotions
- Manage and optimize CRM pipelines, lead tracking, and conversion funnels
- Monitor conversion rates, follow-ups, and closing performance
- Train the team on closing techniques, objection handling, and upselling strategies
- Develop partnerships with corporates, gyms, communities, and external organizations to generate leads
- Ensure strong coordination between sales, operations, and delivery teams
- Analyze performance data and take immediate action to improve results
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in F&B, meal prep, catering, or subscription-based businesses
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing and motivating a small sales team
- Hands-on with CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting tools
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, and retention strategies
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Highly energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to build external relationships and partnerships
- Valid driving license is required
