Cath Lab Technician

Job Description

• Will assist interventional cardiologist in operation of Cath lab
• Ensure that angiographic and procedural data is properly archived for long term storage
• Responsible for prompt and efficient repairs of EM equipment
• Verify the presence of all components of procedure information both in hard and soft copy
• Ensure wearing of lead shields by everyone in Cath lab
• Maintain and update daily in / out, repair activity and miscellaneous equipment register
• Perform any other duty assigned by MOIC Ward

Qualification: Matric (Sci) with Diploma Nursing course or 01 year Diploma in Cardiac Technology

Experience: 3-5 years working as Cath lab technician in recognized institute
