Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cath Lab Scrub Technician to assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and provide high-quality support to the medical team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable, responsible, and capable of maintaining sterile techniques throughout procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists during angiograms, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and other Cath Lab procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure proper preparation of instruments and equipment.
• Handle and pass instruments, catheters, wires, and stents during procedures.
• Prepare the procedure room and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
• Monitor and assist with patient positioning and safety.
• Ensure timely sterilization and availability of surgical instruments.
• Support the Cath Lab team with pre-procedure and post-procedure activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in inventory management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab Scrub Technician/Scrub Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of Cath Lab instruments and sterile techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure and emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification/Diploma in relevant discipline (OT Technician, Cath Lab Tech, etc.).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
