Cathlab Scrub Nurse/Brother

• Prepare the Cath Lab for procedures, ensuring all required instruments, supplies, and equipment are available and sterile.
• Scrub in and assist the cardiologist/interventionalist during diagnostic and interventional procedures such as angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements, pacemaker insertions, and other cardiac interventions.
• Handle and anticipate the needs for instruments, catheters, guidewires, and other devices.
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the procedure, medications used, and supplies consumed.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Assist with the safe transfer of the patient to the recovery area or designated unit.
• Provide post-procedural nursing care and monitor for complications.
• Participate in cleaning, restocking, and preparing the lab for the next case.
• Document and report any adverse events or equipment issues.
• Participate in emergency procedures (e.g., cardiac arrest management).
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge of Cath Lab procedures, equipment, and nursing best practices.
• Comply with all hospital policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Verify patient identity and procedure details; ensure informed consent is obtained.
• Assess and prepare patients for procedures, including pre-procedure education and baseline vital signs.
• Assist with setting up the sterile field and maintaining aseptic technique.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
