Caver

We are looking for a skilled Carver to join our restaurant team. The Carver will be responsible for expertly carving meats, poultry, and other food items in front of guests or for service, ensuring portion control, presentation quality, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carve and portion roasted meats, poultry, and specialty items according to restaurant standards.
• Present food attractively and maintain high-quality plating standards.
• Assist the culinary team in preparing carving stations or buffet displays.
• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly manner while carving at live stations.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at the carving station at all times.
• Monitor food supplies at the carving station and coordinate with kitchen staff for replenishment.
• Support the kitchen team with additional duties when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Carver, Butcher, or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of different cuts of meat.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentable, customer-friendly, and good communication skills (English or Hindi preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per restaurant operations.
