C&B Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

· Act as a focal point of contact for day to day employee related issues, promoting engagement and brand HR across the organization.

· Ensure efficient customer service is provided to all employees regarding day to day policy queries and management of personal, employment, leave and compensation data.

· Manage and oversee payroll in coordination with finance and ensure adherence to the applicable policies and procedures of the company.

Ensure disciplinary processes are followed and understood and conduct investigations related to conduct or discipline when applicable.
