Job Summary:
The Site Director will focus on strategic growth, marketing, and workforce development, ensuring the site is well-positioned to expand services, recruit and retain top talent, and deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care to children, youth, and families. Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for current site programs while supporting the successful launch and integration of any new site programs.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand client access, increase referrals, and strengthen community presence.
- Partner with the CBYCS Regional Director and Statewide Program Directors to align site operations with agency-wide goals, compliance standards, and performance specifications.
- Lead cross-program collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and integrated care for children and families.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
- Independent licensure in Massachusetts required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience in behavioral health or human services.
- Demonstrated experience with program development, expansion, and staff recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of CBHI service array (IHT, TM, S&S, CSA, FIT) and Massachusetts performance specifications.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Cape Verdean Creole) preferred, given the communities served.
- Strategic Leadership – Ability to design and implement growth plans that expand program reach and impact.
- Staff Development – Skilled at mentoring, supervising, and supporting clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Marketing & Outreach – Builds strong community relationships and promotes program visibility.
- Collaboration – Works effectively across programs, departments, and external agencies.
- Cultural Responsiveness – Commitment to serving diverse communities with sensitivity and respect.
