CCSF Warehouse Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CCSF Warehouse Supervisor will oversee operations within our 37,000+ sq. ft. Certified Cargo Screening Facility at CH Robinson’s Global Forwarding Warehouse. The Supervisor will collaborate closely with Air Export supervisors and gateway teams to ensure freight is shipped accurately and on time. They will lead process development, scheduling, and operational coverage to meet evolving business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless service delivery for CH Robinson customers
• Maintain and enforce SOPs, safety protocols, and TSA compliance standards
• Train, coach, and certify forklift operators and warehouse staff
• Oversee inbound and outbound product flow, ensuring accuracy in documentation and manifests
• Manage ULD builds, perform regulatory checklists, and support strapping and netting as needed
• Collaborate with Gateway teams to coordinate breakdowns, board confirmations, and delay resolutions
• Monitor CCSF activities, troubleshoot shipping issues, and implement corrective actions
• Drive quality control through load inspections, wrapping standards, and recurring training
• Motivate team members, administer policies, and foster a positive, innovative work environment
• Lead change initiatives while maintaining productivity, customer service, and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of Warehouse Supervision experience
• Minimum of 2 years of air exports CCFS security experience

Preferred:

• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline -driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills and meticulous follow up
• Strong Computer skills: specifically, with Excel
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Experience in a high volume/high transaction warehousing environment
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation Range

$57,100.00 - $89,100.00
