Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security System Technician who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems, along with strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intercoms
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and provide timely solutions
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure proper system implementation
- Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards
- Maintain documentation, reports, and service records
- Provide technical support and training to clients when required
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Security System Technician (2–5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be locally available in Bahrain
- Valid driving license in Bahrain is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
Preferred Skills
- Experience with leading security system brands and technologies
- Knowledge of structured cabling and low-voltage systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple site projects
