CCTV AND SECURITY SYSTEM SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:
The CCTV and Security System Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV surveillance systems and security equipment. This role ensures all security systems are functioning effectively, provides leadership to the security monitoring team, and ensures compliance with safety and security protocols to protect company assets, employees, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of CCTV and security monitoring rooms.
• Ensure all cameras, access control, alarms, and related security systems are operational.
• Lead, train, and support a team of security operators and technicians.
• Review and monitor surveillance footage to detect unusual activities, theft, or safety breaches.
• Coordinate with management and law enforcement in case of incidents.
• Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and security findings.
• Oversee installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of CCTV and security equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and security standards.
• Provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements to enhance security systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Security, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in CCTV and security system supervision.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarms, and networking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Familiarity with local security and safety regulations.

Work Conditions:

• Based on site/office with regular inspections in security areas.
• Rotational shifts may be required depending on project/client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month

• Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• CCTV INSTALLATION : 1 year (Preferred)
• Troubleshoot: 1 year (Preferred)
• IP phone networks: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
