CCTV / ELV Engineer

Scope of Work:

CCTV System

• The cameras and Recording Server are the vital parts of CCTV system andthese must be working without fail.
• Make sure that all the CCTV components are rightly aligned and giving proper videos and the recoding is clear.
• Cleaning of the camera lens/body if found dirty or dusty for both indoor & outdoor.
• Checking all the cameras for proper functioning, review of Software features and retuning of Cameras which have gone out of focus.
• Checking of the complete recording capacity during Periodical Preventive Maintenance
• All connections should be examined to ensure that those are intact and free from any sort of dust, corrosion etc.
• The control and indicating equipment shall be cleaned and fault rectified during each visit
• Checking of the exposed cables visually for sign of any damages for all the system under maintenance.
• Monitors and controllers to be observed for proper display standards and resolution.
• The Contractor will provide periodical reports showing 100% of devices tested. Report for any Repair that is necessary to keep the equipment up and running shall be provided as and when required.
• Records of all defects and certificates for all the regulatory testing conducted will be provided. Recommendation report including cost estimates for discovered defects as and when required.
• The spare parts and consumables will be quoted on as and when required basis and to be supplied against employer’s written approval.
• The systems shall be maintained as per the regulatory requirements enforced by the Regulatory Authority/Police and the client shall be advised for any upgrades on regulatory requirements from time to time.
• The routine periodical maintenance does not guarantee that the system will work perfectly or will not breakdown during the period between routine maintenance visits. The Contractor however undertakes to attend to any reported malfunction/breakdown of the system expeditiously.

Qualifications:

a. Excellent Communication and Writing Skills.

b. Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience on the same field.

c. Knowledgeable of Police standard rules and regulations.

d.) Should have training certificate from relevant manufacturers related to CCTV and ELV Systems.
