CCTV Engineer

Pace Infocom is looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV Networking Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in network architecture, CCTV installation, testing, and commissioning, along with strong knowledge of AI video analytics and Video Management Systems (VMS). The ideal candidate should have experience working on enterprise and industrial projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of security and surveillance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, test, and commission CCTV surveillance systems for enterprise and industrial environments.
• Configure and optimize networking architecture for high-performance video surveillance solutions.
• Work with AI-driven video analytics to enhance security and operational efficiency.
• Integrate and manage Video Management Systems (VMS) for large-scale deployments.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in CCTV technology and implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IP cameras, network configurations, and VMS software.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of CCTV solutions.
• Conduct system audits, maintenance, and upgrades to enhance system security and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of networking architecture, including IP-based security systems.
• Hands-on experience in CCTV installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience working on enterprise and industrial CCTV projects.
• Expertise in AI-based video analytics for security and automation.
• Proficiency in Video Management Systems (VMS) and their integration.
• Understanding of CCTV industry standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in networking, security systems, or AI video analytics.
• Experience with facial recognition, behavior analytics, and perimeter security solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-based video surveillance solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹97,032.00 - ₹536,478.13 per year
