CCTV Engineer – 5-Star Hotel (Dubai)

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Engineer experienced in installation, configuration, and maintenance of surveillance systems for a luxury hotel environment. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, hands-on Dubai experience, and excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, servers, and surveillance networks.
• Perform regular system health checks, preventive maintenance, and optimize CCTV performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot camera issues, network connectivity, recording failures, and storage systems.
• Ensure CCTV setup complies with Dubai regulations and hotel security standards.
• Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to support all surveillance-related requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of installations, IP assignments, and system configurations.
• Uphold grooming standards and maintain professional behavior within the hotel environment.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of CCTV installation and configuration experience in Dubai (hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, structured cabling, switches, and surveillance networks.
• SIRA Certification.
• Good understanding of LAN, PoE, network troubleshooting, and camera layouts.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
