CCTV Monitoring Officer (Morning Shift)

We are hiring a CCTV Surveillance Officer to monitor store operations, ensure compliance with opening/closing procedures, verify digital operations, oversee cash handling security, and maintain customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clock-in & Clock-out Verification: Monitor shift timings and compliance.
• Store Operations Compliance: Ensure proper opening, closing, and food preparation standards.
• Cash Handling Security: Verify transactions, voids, and cash logs.
• Digital Operations: Monitor online platform accuracy, reviews, and customer feedback.
• Customer Experience: Track queue management, service quality, and cashier behaviour.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure food portioning, speed compliance, and order accuracy.
• Ambiance & Hygiene: Monitor cleanliness, employee conduct, and store environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or fresher
• Experience: Prior experience in surveillance and security, preferably

Skills:

• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with surveillance equipment and software.

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue, near Neon Square
Shift Timing: Mon- Fri (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay: PKR 30,000 + 10,000(based on performance)
