CCTV Operator

Are you detail-oriented, observant, and passionate about maintaining a safe and secure environment?

We’re looking for a CCTV Operator to join our Safety & Security team and play a critical role in protecting our premises, people, and assets.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying potential security risks, and ensuring all CCTV operations follow strict security and data protection standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across company locations.
• Identify and assess suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety risks.
• Immediately escalate incidents such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access to the Safety & Security Team.
• Support quick response to incidents by providing accurate information and footage.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure CCTV cameras and systems are fully operational.
• Identify technical issues such as blind spots, playback problems, or equipment faults.
• Report system issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted surveillance coverage.
• Maintain accurate logs of surveillance activities, incidents, and shift handovers.
• Record incidents in the designated systems for audit and compliance purposes.
• Retrieve and securely store CCTV footage to support investigations when required.
• Follow strict data protection and confidentiality policies when handling CCTV footage.
• Ensure surveillance data is stored securely and never shared on personal devices.
• Adhere to all company security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with the Safety & Security Team during incidents or emergencies.
• Participate in regular security, safety, and technical training sessions.
• Contribute ideas to improve surveillance coverage and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Safety, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a similar role • Experience operating CCTV systems, surveillance software, and playback tools • Familiarity with access control systems and emergency procedures • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) • Excellent attention to detail and observation skills • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making
• Ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods • Strong communication and reporting skills • High integrity and confidentiality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
