CCTV Operator -SIRA Approved

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems continuously.

Detect and report suspicious activities or security breaches.

Maintain daily occurrence reports and incident logs.

Coordinate with security personnel and supervisors during emergencies.

Operate access control and alarm systems.

Review CCTV footage for investigations and incident verification.

Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly.

Follow company security procedures and SIRA regulations.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and safety incidents.

Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information.

Requirements

Valid UAE SIRA CCTV Operator License.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security or CCTV operations.

High school certificate or equivalent.

Good communication skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights.

Strong observation and reporting skills.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• CCTV Operator: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Hindi and preferably Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CCTV Certificate - SIRA (Preferred)
